If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and rectify it. We offer exchanges for defective items within 7 days of the delivery date.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns based on satisfaction. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for items that pose a health risk or have come into contact with any skin or bodily fluid (such as saliva, semen, blood, urine, etc.). Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and non-resellable.
If you encounter a defect within 30 days of purchase, simply bring the item back to our store along with your receipt. Our defect return policy allows for the exchange of the defective item for the same item, if available. Alternatively, for unopened products, we offer the option of store credit or a gift card. Please note that cash refunds are not available. We're here to ensure your shopping experience is hassle-free and enjoyable.
Many of the items we sell are covered under warranty, so if it has been more than 7 days since your order was delivered, you may contact the product manufacturer for a replacement. Please note, not all items may have a manufacturer warranty.
Yes, everything you order from The Toy Box will be delivered in generic packaging, so you never have to worry about nosey neighbors or family members.
